By joining the ZiziCache.com Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to establish a fair and transparent working relationship between you (the „Affiliate“) and ZiziCache.com (the „Company“), a product of ZiziWeb (the „Parent Company“). The affiliate program is operated through Creem, our Merchant of Record, which handles tracking, attribution, payouts, and compliance on our behalf.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the affiliate program is by invitation only. To apply, contact us and we will send an invitation to your email address. Upon receiving the invitation, you can join the program by signing in at affiliates.creem.io using the email address the invitation was sent to.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and maintain an active website, blog, or social media presence relevant to web performance, WordPress, or related subjects. The Company reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Promotional Standards

All promotional content featuring ZiziCache.com must be accurate and straightforward. Accepted formats include:

• honest product reviews and performance tests,
• installation and setup tutorials,
• comparison articles,
• YouTube videos and social media content.

The following practices are not permitted:

• using terms such as „discount,“ „coupon,“ „promo code,“ or „deal“ in URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, headings (H1-H6), or calls to action when no such offer is currently active,
• implying that ZiziCache.com is running a promotion when none exists,
• running paid search campaigns that target branded keywords (e.g., „ZiziCache“),
• employing cookie stuffing or any other deceptive attribution technique.

3. Personal Bonuses and Incentives

Affiliates are welcome to offer their own bonuses – such as a free setup consultation or a site audit – provided these are clearly presented as personal offers. They must not be portrayed as official incentives from or endorsed by ZiziCache.com.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link generated through the Creem affiliate platform. When a visitor clicks your link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 90 days. Any purchase made within that window will be attributed to you and will qualify for a commission.

Purchasing ZiziCache.com products through your own affiliate link – whether for personal use or for client projects – is strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture and potential account termination.

Only tracking links issued through the Creem affiliate platform may be used. Modifying or obscuring these links in any way that interferes with accurate attribution is not allowed.

5. Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a commission of 30% on each qualifying sale referred through their unique link. This rate applies to the net transaction value after applicable taxes and fees.

The Company reserves the right to adjust the commission rate for individual affiliates at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed through the Creem affiliate platform. Before requesting a withdrawal, affiliates must:

1. Complete identity verification (KYC) via Sumsub, which requires a government-issued ID and a selfie. Verification typically completes within 24 hours.
2. Set up a payout method — available options are:
   
   • Bank transfer via Paysway
   • Cryptocurrency (USDC) via Mural

Once verified, you may request a payout at any time from the Payouts section of your affiliate dashboard at affiliates.creem.io. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

Affiliates can receive payouts via bank transfer (processed through Paysway) or cryptocurrency (USDC via Mural). You can select your preferred payout method in the Payouts section.

Affiliates currently have a biweekly payout schedule (1st and 15th of each month), with a minimum $50 withdrawal requirement.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases involving fraud, policy violations, or customer refunds.

7. Brand Representation

ZiziCache.com is committed to maintaining a trustworthy reputation. Any affiliate content that misrepresents product features, states incorrect pricing, or makes exaggerated claims may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the affiliate’s conduct is inappropriate, misleading, or contrary to these terms.

9. Amendments

These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program following the publication of any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
