TRIAL & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to ZiziCache purchases processed via Lemon Squeezy.
Trial & Cancellation
We offer a 21-day free trial so you can try ZiziCache with no upfront charge (where trial is available at checkout).
You can cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal and you won’t be charged.
We send email reminders before trial ends and before renewals.
Billing & Refunds
– New purchases and upgrades include a 21-day free trial (where available).
– Charges happen only after the trial ends or on renewal.
– You can cancel anytime before the charge date to avoid being charged.
Refunds
If you were charged because you forgot to cancel your subscription, contact us at info@zizicache.com:
Within 24 hours of the charge → 100% refund.
24 hours to 21 days → refund minus a 30% processing fee.
After 21 days → We do not provide refunds.
Important Notes
– Refund processing is handled through Lemon Squeezy payment workflows.
– This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
– To speed up refund handling, include your order email and transaction/order ID in your request.
